ISPI Investigations Standards and Protocols

ISPI members agree to the following 

-The misrepresentation of contrived or doctored evidence as authentic is forbidden and will lead to immediate removal from ISPI membership.

-All members of the ISPI, are expected to remain in groups of no less than two (2) investigators at all times during an investigation, without exception

-Written, video, photographic, and auditory documentation are to be made available to ISPI upon request. Such documentation is to be authentic and unaltered.

-All members of the ISPI or its certified affiliates are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times when they are representing our group in public or private. This includes verbal language, body language, and manner of dress as you are an ISPI representative.

- All members of the ISPI or its certified affiliates are expected to respect any local/ federal laws as well as all posted and private property- always ask permission, and never to trespass.

 -The use of alcohol or recreational drugs are forbidden, before and during an investigation. If any member appears to be under the influence they must immediately leave the investigation site and risk ISPI disciplinary action.

- Always show reverence and respect at all locations of historical, cultural, or religious or spiritual significance.
